  • The California DMV has what is called the "YOM" or "Year of Manufacture" program.
  • They will assign black with yellow numerals plates to 1963 -1969 cars and '63 - '72 trucks.
  • They will also assign the yellow with black numerals plate to '50's and early '60's cars.
  • If you don't already have a set of plates, I can get the plates and correct year stickers and restore them for you.
  • These look exactly like original and are accepted by the DMV.
